Winter Pickup Games

Keep your hockey skills from getting rusty over the winter by participating in Lone Star FH’s pickup games.  These games will be a great way to continue to work on your skills on turf while also having a lot of fun.  We plan to have 5 pick up games over the winter taking place on Sundays at Southwest Austin Sports Academy’s Indoor Turf Field.  Two games (running concurrently) will take place at each session organized by Age Group : 5th – 8th Grade and 9th – 12th Grade.    The Pick Up Games are OPEN TO ANYONE WHO HAS PLAYED HOCKEY BEFORE.    If you participated in Lone Star FH’s Fall Program you will automatically be invited to participate in each game.  If you did not, then you may register HERE in order to receive Game Invites.  A minimum of 8 players for each age group is required for a Pick Up Game to proceed.  We will give 2-3 days notice if any games needs to be canceled due to lack of numbers.  The Pick Up Games are Pay to Play – costing just $10 per player.    Games will be umpired by Lone Star coaches.  

Sunday Dec 13th,  Games from 10am – 11am, arrive for warmup at 9.45am

Sunday Jan 24th,  Games from 1pm – 2pm, arrive for warmup at 12.30pm

Sunday Jan 31st,  Games from 1pm – 2pm, arrive for warmup at 12.30pm

Sunday Feb 14th,  Games from 1pm – 2pm, arrive for warmup at 12.30pm

Sunday Feb 28th,  Games from 1pm – 2pm, arrive for warmup at 12.30pm
